Fixed a bug where game was not shutting down correctly if it was closed using alt+F4, that left threads hanging.
Added extra check to see if a game is permadeath, due to error of unknown origin that changed a player's game to permadeath.
Removed some unnecessary log messages.

Added dark background behind boost scores, they were sometimes hard to see.

Changed thanatoid types in first 25 sectors, since people play these maps more than expected. There are now more thanatoids and more types of thanatoids.
